Yes, I believe so but that my next test, the trick will be to not to create brush marks on it, there was 2 options 1. apply with a brush and 2. apply with the foam-brush 'thing' either way I want to test it. I don't think I mentioned in the video but it also significantly helps with the overall strength of the model as a bonus.
If that works I'm up for a 5L bottle of it !!!
